About the role 

In the role of customer and sales support, you will have a central role where you are responsible for supporting both customers, salespeople, and other parts of the organization. You will work in a service-oriented role that includes customer interaction and administration. You will work in connection with both the office and the pickup warehouse, where you will meet customers daily and handle their inquiries. Together with your team, you will ensure a professional reception, act advisory, and create value based on the customer's needs. Through collaboration with both external and internal contacts, you contribute to ensuring a good customer experience. No matter what comes up, you have a solution-oriented approach and a willingness to help!

  



Your main responsibilities: 
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email 
  • Order placement and handling of deliveries 
  • Manage administrative tasks in business systems and customer portals 
  • Support salespeople in their daily work 
  • Participate in the development of work processes and systems 

  



Who are you? 

As the role is customer-oriented, we would like you to have a good sense of service and insight into what it means to work with the customer at the center. Furthermore, you are a forward and positive person with an administrative eye who finds it easy to learn and understand new systems. You are meticulous, flexible, and possess good organizational skills, which enables a good overview of your work and allows you to quickly prioritize, reprioritize, and switch between different tasks. You find it easy to understand various issues, adapt to the situation, and solve problems. For you, it is a matter of course to be a team player and solve the daily challenges that arise together.

  



We would like you to have: 
  • Experience in administration and customer service 
  • Familiarity with working in business systems and managing order flows 
  • Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written 

  

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the industry and are familiar with the business system Microsoft Dynamics.
